Andrew is the real deal, this man is dedicated to seeing his clients succeed! In my experience he did not teach me how to diet more so he taught me how to change my eating style! I now am a more educated person because of him I know how to get the most out of my body through the proper nutrition. I have been eating the way Andrew taught me for 3 years now and have never felt stronger or healthier.  Not only does Andrew know what he is doing on the nutrition side Andrew has became a great person in my life and quite a mentor!
